Director of Channel Sales

Loop AI is building an enterprise co-pilot for restaurants, focusing on enhancing delivery operations. The Director of Channel Sales will oversee the channel sales strategy, build relationships with strategic partners, and lead a team to drive revenue through indirect sales channels.

Responsibilities

Oversee the company's overall channel sales strategy and objectives to drive revenue through indirect sales channels
Responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with strategic channel partners, such as resellers, system integrators, and distributors
Will lead a team, set performance goals, and work to enhance partner performance and alignment with company objectives
Develop and execute a comprehensive channel sales strategy, including co-marketing business plans, and set short- and long-term sales objectives
Identify, recruit, onboard, and manage a portfolio of channel partners
Drive revenue through channel partners, set sales targets, and evaluate the effectiveness of partner programs and sales initiatives
Work closely with direct sales, marketing, and other internal teams to ensure alignment and seamless communication
Implement and streamline CRM processes and sales automation platforms for channel sales
Conduct post-program ROI analysis to gauge effectiveness and provide input into the budget

Required

4+ years of experience in channel sales, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets
Experience in building reseller, referral and partner relationships from ground up
Experience selling technology to multiple stakeholders, across varying departmental functions
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Strong leadership and project management capabilities
Proficiency with sales and managing a large pipeline
Analytical skills to assess market opportunities and performance
A creative problem solver, with strategic execution skills
