Responsibilities

Inspect customer power-of-attorney forms to ensure they are properly completed

Mail/fax/email forms to the appropriate tax agencies on a regular basis

Ensure 8655 forms are submitted to the IRS in accordance with RAF program require

Assist with audits of Evolution tax setups. as new accounts are live. Account numbers, tax rates and all applicable taxes should be reviewed during this audit to ensure completeness and accuracy for future tax payments and filings

Process RAF Name Controls

Notify originators when IRS FEINs do not pass the validation process

Update and maintain bank account setups within APTM

Updating Preparer IDs in APTM for Direct Bank clients as needed via automated email requests

Initiate and monitor the TPA bot; ensure MQ start customer immediately address TPA enrollments

Maintain and distribute team metrics

Other duties as assigned
