Princeton - Financial Services Litigation Associate (Mid-Level)
Reed Smith LLP is seeking a Mid-Level Associate to join their Financial Services Litigation Group in Princeton. The role involves representing clients in litigation, drafting motions and pleadings, and participating in trials and hearings before judges.

Responsibilities
Candidates should have 3 to 5 years of experience representing clients in litigation
Candidates should also have experience drafting motions and pleadings, including complaints, answers and motions for summary judgment
Candidates will participate in litigated matters and appear before judges to argue motions and handle trials
Experience involving consumer financial services issues is preferred but not necessary
Candidates must be an active member of the New Jersey and New York bars, with admission to the Pennsylvania bar considered an asset
Qualification
Required
3 to 5 years of experience representing clients in litigation
Experience drafting motions and pleadings, including complaints, answers and motions for summary judgment
Participation in litigated matters and ability to appear before judges to argue motions and handle trials
Active member of the New Jersey and New York bars
Preferred
Experience involving consumer financial services issues
