Staffing & Recruiting

Responsibilities

Traveling up to 50% of the time throughout the North American market, you will develop customer relationships necessary to drive and increase sales
Drive lead generation efforts and new business opportunities; identify and contact plant-level decision-makers
Work with representatives and customers to prepare estimates, quotations, lead follow-up, and secure orders
Review and manage critical documents related to sales orders, including purchase orders with varying terms and conditions, consistent with company requirements
Minimize potential company liabilities by performing due diligence on contract documentation review, engineering drawings, and other related customer communications
Leverage regional sales forecasting and analysis data to inform industries of interest
Conduct daily CRM reporting and track sales program execution
Foster collaboration between sales, marketing, and production teams to align sales strategies
Harness market intelligence to broaden the footprint of the brand
Continuously expand and share professional knowledge through educational, networking, and trade events & presentations

Qualification

Required

B.Sc. in Engineering, Chemistry, or a related field
At least 3 years of proven expertise in the metal finishing/metal plating industry, including a focus on designing and selling mixed metal oxide coated anodes
Tech-savvy proficiency with MS Office, ERP, and CRM software applications
Exceptional oral/written communication and interpersonal skills, spanning face-to-face visits, phone and virtual meetings, email exchanges, and all other forms of business interaction
A motivated and growth-oriented mindset, eager to contribute to the company's success

Preferred

A background in Chemical Engineering
