Responsibilities
Focus and remain on task in a fast-paced environment to meet our customers’ expected level of service
Unpacking and inspecting returned merchandise
Receiving merchandise on computer systems
Processing and distributing merchandise
Reviewing merchandise to determine next action
Maintain inventory control based on standard guidelines
Fulfillment of new customer orders
Must be proficient in departmental processes as applicable to your assigned area
Communicate vendor or processing issues to your Manager
Communicate with fellow associates on shared assignments
Flex as needed to other job assignments directed as requested
Qualification
Required
Ability to work in multiple functions across the site
High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to multitask
Ability to work independently as well as capable of working in a team environment
Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
Willingness to work overtime as needed
Able to stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend and reach during shifts
Able to remain in a standing stationary position for 100% of the shift
Use carts, dollies, and other gear to move items around
Lift up to 49 pounds, push utility carts up to 60 pounds
