Mobile Communications America is a trusted advisor for wireless communications, data, and security solutions. They are seeking a Finance Intern to support the growing Central team by assisting in financial data analysis, preparing reports, and maintaining accurate financial records.

Responsibilities

Assist in analyzing financial data and creating financial models for decision-making

Support the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports

Conduct variance analysis to compare actual performance with budgets and forecasts

Assist in processing invoices, expense reports, and other financial transactions

Participate in reconciling accounts and resolving discrepancies

Help maintain accurate financial records in compliance with company policies and regulations

Collaborate with the finance team in preparing budgets and forecasts

Monitor expenses and track budget utilization across departments

Support data collection, organization, and analysis to drive insights for business decisions

Assist in maintaining and improving financial systems and databases

Participate in cross-functional initiatives and finance-related projects

Provide support for internal and external audits as needed
