Sales & Partner Enablement Senior Manager

Responsibilities
Partner with the GTM Enablement Program team to ensure that high impact programs are designed to support field needs and requirements
Identify, assess and validate enablement requests, scoping the implications and call-to-action for Sales, Technical Sales, Sales Operations and Customer Care
Create and global GTM Enablement plans that outline the required enablement, training and communications to activate Sales, Technical Sales, Sales Operations and Customer Care on the respective business initiative, new product/service, or system and process change and align all stakeholders on the proposed approach
Engage GTM Enablement team to collaborate on the creation and delivery of the enablement, training and communications reflected in the GTM Enablement plans
Ensure that the global GTM Enablement calendar reflects what is coming and orchestrate the timing of program and content rollouts in the field
Represent field perspective and requirements to help shape cross-functional projects and programs that are being designed for the sales organization
Qualification
Required
10+ years experience in sales enablement, product marketing, or GTM launch management
Deep understanding of go-to-market motions, sales process, and quote-to-cash
Experience working with global sales organizations, with the ability to think like a salesperson
Track record of influencing and aligning different perspectives and creating sponsorship for new approaches
Ability to distill large amounts of information and apply critical thinking to identify potential gaps, dependencies, correlations, considerations, and implications
