The Quality Assurance Representative will ensure that flooring installations meet the highest standards, maintain client satisfaction, and support Operations and Installation teams.

Responsibilities
Conduct on-site inspections of flooring installations to ensure compliance with company standards
Identify, document, and follow up on installation deficiencies
Provide feedback and coaching to installation teams to drive continuous improvement
Collaborate with Operations and Customer Service to resolve client concerns
Maintain accurate inspection records and assist in refining quality control procedures
Support client satisfaction initiatives by ensuring installations consistently exceed expectations
Qualification
Required
2+ years of experience in flooring installation or related quality assurance work
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
Proficient in Windows and Microsoft Office
Comfortable with frequent travel (up to 50% of the time)
Forklift certification and valid driver's license required
Preferred
Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
