Envoy Mortgage is seeking a Retail Producing Branch Manager to lead and motivate a high-performance origination team while also managing personal production. The role involves overseeing daily origination activities, ensuring compliance with regulations, and promoting the company's products to various stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Promote Envoy’s products to Real Estate Agents, Home Buyers, other lead sources and all referral sources

Provide leadership for all branch employees by always adhering to the highest ethics, fair and equal treatment of all employees, business partners, and loan applicants

Acts as a mentor to Mortgage Loan personnel to improve their knowledge of policies and procedures, loan programs, investor guidelines

Keeps abreast of changes to company policies and procedures, secondary market investors and changes in Federal regulations pertaining to mortgages

Must have working knowledge of applicable federal regulations

Work closely with the Senior Management, to be innovative in terms of new origination opportunities

Manage Branch revenue and expenses to meet the Company’s objectives

Procure new loan applications that result in funded loans

Adhere to all Envoy standards, including, but not limited to production minimums and customer service

Stay current on personal finance principles in order to offer comprehensive mortgage advice to clients

Monitor processes and communicate effectively with the borrower and all other parties to transactions on the status of loans

Stay current with required continuing education, new products, Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae guidelines, Envoy guidelines and overlays, and HUD guidelines

Ensure all marketing is performed in a manner that is compliant

Ensure maintenance of a current license to perform Origination duties within their assigned branch

Adhere to all Envoy standards, including, but not limited to production minimums and customer service

Comply with company policies, local, state and federal laws regarding position and supervision of employees

Conduct business in an ethical manner and in the best interest of Envoy, with Envoy’s core values in mind

Required

High School diploma or equivalent is required

7 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience in mortgage origination, with 2+ years related Branch Management

Proven leadership skills with demonstrated capacity in management/motivation of employees

In-depth knowledge of mortgage loan products (FHA/VA/CONV/USDA), processes, procedures, and documentation

Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook

Exceptional follow-up, time management, interpersonal, and verbal and written communication skills

Commitment to high standards and adherence to company policy

Ability to manage priorities and workflow

Ability to make timely and sound decisions

Must hold State NMLS or obtain applicable State license within 90 days of employment or employment will be terminated

Satisfactorily pass background check

Preferred

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance or related field

2 years' experience in sales leadership role managing Loan Originators

Demonstrated success in growing sales and revenue goals

Average of $500,000 in personal monthly volume or $3 MM (or 6 units) average monthly team volume

Working knowledge / Proficiency in Desktop Underwriter/Desktop Originator (DU/DO), Loan Prospector (LP), and originating systems, Encompass experience
