Responsibilities
Work support tickets and support IT projects for local office
Mitigate vulnerabilities from weekly report
Manage new user setups
Create/disable user accounts
Create/modify/delete security groups
Add/remove users to/from security groups
Create/modify system folder structure
Perform hardware/software installations and upgrades
Report violations of corporate policies
Ensure backup operations complete successfully
Document processes for creation of departmental SOPs
Support IT Manager with network & system configurations, functionality, and security
Get training (as needed) to support essential job functions
Notify IT Manager of planned configuration changes to systems
Participate in training to support essential job functions
Qualification
Required
US Citizenship
Bachelor's degree and 2 years of experience, or 5 years of experience without a degree
Secret security clearance desired, TS preferred
Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
Exceptional time management and flexibility
Organized self-starter with minimal oversight
Capability to work closely with multiple teams to accomplish tasks
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks
Dedicated to producing excellent solutions consistently
Preferred
Linux administration experience preferred
