SoulCycle is a boutique fitness experience that revolutionized the fitness industry. They are seeking a Strategic Partnerships Account Manager to develop and execute brand collaborations, nurture partner relationships, and manage day-to-day partner interactions to drive revenue and engagement.

Responsibilities

Support the sourcing, pitching, and closing of new brand partnerships across industries including but not limited to wellness, lifestyle, tech, and entertainment
Serve as a day-to-day point of contact for internal SoulCycle and external partners, ensuring flawless communication, alignment, and execution
Own timelines, deliverables, and internal cross-functional coordination (Marketing, Field Organization, Legal, Operations) to ensure smooth partnership execution from launch to post mortem
Work with the director of strategic partnerships on structuring agreements—drafting proposals, reviewing deal terms, and supporting negotiations
Manage partnership activations from start to finish, track deliverables, and report on performance metrics (reach, engagement, ROI)
Bring fresh ideas to the table for unique integrations, events, and co-marketing opportunities that resonate with our riders
Be quick, scrappy, and solutions-oriented—finding ways to make partnerships happen even with limited resources or short timelines

Required

3–5 years of experience in partnerships, business development, account management, or related fields
Strong project management skills—you thrive on organization, meeting deadlines, and managing multiple moving parts & priorities
Experience or interest to grow in sales or business development, with comfort pitching ideas and supporting deal negotiations
Experience or interest in brand, field/community, or experiential marketing. You have a passion for thinking creatively about how brands show up in the world
Strong people skills—you build trust easily, communicate clearly, and know how to manage relationships
Analytical and detail-oriented; comfortable with reporting and tracking partnership impact
Creative, resourceful, and fast-moving—you see opportunities where others see challenges

Preferred

Passion for fitness, wellness, lifestyle, and community-driven brands is a plus
