The Electrical Engineering Co-op for Manufacturing position involves working with the Avionics Integrated Production Team to resolve manufacturing issues and gain hands-on experience in electrical engineering principles.

Responsibilities

Directly work with our manufacturing production floor employees including test technicians, operators, inspectors, and quality to solve day to day issue as well as proactively working longer term projects to eliminate reoccurring issues
Be involved in analyzing test failures for root causes and corrective actions, partnering with our onsite advanced & industry leading component evaluation lab
Assist in developing and preparing test and diagnostic programs to aid in the troubleshooting of test failures
Help our Electrical Engineers and Test Technicians in conducting studies pertaining to product and test systems issues

Required

Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and student must be pursuing a Bachelor's or advanced degree in an applicable discipline
