Responsibilities
Manage and administer technical instances, including help desk operations and staff mentoring
Assist with project management activities and configuration changes
Troubleshoot system issues and provide expert guidance to technical teams
Handle reporting, communication, document reviews, meeting support, and assist with policy creation
Facilitate coordination between subcontractors, internal teams, and government stakeholders
Act as the primary onsite point of contact for the Air Force Recruiting PMO
Ensure performance of required work and services, maintaining regular communication with the Project Manager
Oversee the software development lifecycle from concept to deployment, providing development support
Perform Tier 3 testing, create test cases, support solutioning, and apply strong knowledge of Air Force Recruiting systems and processes
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree required
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a technical or project leadership role
Strong background in Agile methodologies, project management, and stakeholder communication
Proven experience in risk management and technical troubleshooting
