Responsibilities

Own CRM performance. Administer the Go High Level CRM platform across Realty and Mortgage, ensuring accurate data, seamless automations, and reliable workflows
Design and optimize workflows. Identify and implement process improvements that enhance conversion, timeliness of outreach, and customer experience. Create and maintain documentation of all active workflows
Enable accountability and visibility. Build reports and dashboards that provide leadership with clear insight into activity, conversion, and performance
Partner across functions. Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, Product, and Technology to align campaigns, data, and integrations
Test and improve. Conduct A/B testing of communications and automation logic, delivering insights that drive continuous improvement
Ensure data integrity. Maintain documentation, conduct regular hygiene checks, and enforce compliance across users
Train and support users. Establish and champion CRM best practices for loan officers, real estate agents, and internal teams

Required

3-5 years in CRM management, sales operations, and/or marketing automation
Hands-on experience with Go High Level or similar CRM platforms
Strong analytical, organizational, and reporting skills
Experience collaborating across Marketing, Sales, and Operations
Resourceful, organized, and accountable; thrives on turning complexity into clarity

Preferred

Real estate or mortgage experience preferred
