Responsibilities
Analyze data and research to uncover insights that inform workplace and organizational design
Develop visual narratives, frameworks, and presentations that connect strategy to space
Collaborate across disciplines to align design intent with business and cultural goals
Contribute to client workshops, presentations, and internal research initiatives
Qualification
Required
Proficiency with spreadsheets for analysis and developing efficient workflows
Google Slides, Sheets, Docs — for analysis and storytelling
AutoCAD, SketchUp, and familiarity with architectural graphics standards
Preferred
Background in workplace design, applied research, or data analytics a plus
