Responsibilities

Instruct assigned courses according to the course plan

Actively engage with students, both in the classroom and online

Utilize strong understanding with webinar/livestreaming technology and online instruction

Recommend strategies for success and assist students in meeting course objectives

Qualification

Active Arizona Real Estate licenseTeaching experienceLivestream teaching experienceDREI certificationExperience in lawExperience in financeExperience in appraisalWebinar technology proficiencyOnline instruction skills

Required

Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a licensed real estate salesperson, broker, or as an attorney required

Active Arizona Real Estate license (salesperson or broker) required

Computer with an HD camera and microphone required

Quiet, dedicated office space with strong internet connection required

Ability to instruct in an onsite classroom and via Zoom required

Preferred

Prior experience teaching pre-license or continuing education courses in AZ strongly preferred

Livestream teaching experience preferred

DREI certification preferred

Experience or qualifications in the areas of law, finance, or appraisal for those specific courses preferred
