Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree – Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical) or equivalent field experience
Minimum 3-5 years of engineering design related to commercial buildings. Or construction related leadership (foreman/project manager) for healthcare projects
Proficient in local and national building codes
Working knowledge of healthcare facility infrastructure, e.g. air handling units, boilers, chillers, medical gas systems, fire protection, emergency generators, electrical distribution systems, fire alarm, etc
Preferred
Experience working with WI Department of Health
Professional Engineer License
