Responsibilities
Manage visa sponsorship coordination and state compliance
Oversee NDA review, supplier onboarding, and office space management
Serve as the point person for state agency requests and correspondence
Work closely with legal counsel on operational matters
Coordinate GDPR and other regulatory compliance work
Ensure compliance across US, UK, and Canadian jurisdictions
Manage physical office footprint, including lease negotiations and space planning
Juggle multiple concurrent workstreams while maintaining quality and risk management
Qualification
Required
5+ years of operations experience, ideally at a high-growth startup or fast-paced company
