Account Executive & Event Sales Specialist
Perfect Venue is a company focused on providing an affordable, user-friendly event management tool for local restaurants and venues. As the first Account Executive & Event Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for helping clients find the perfect venue for their events through outreach and relationship building, while ensuring successful event execution.

Responsibilities
Grow Event Planner Bookings
Reach out to new potential clients to introduce them to Perfect Venue to book venues
Drive repeat business by building strong relationships with existing clients
Create and execute marketing initiatives that drive awareness and new business to the marketplace (ie events for event planners, social media, etc)
Manage inbound inquiries and ensure prospective clients are guided through the booking process
Support clients in planning and executing events to ensure a seamless experience
Collaborate with venues to confirm details and resolve challenges
Build strong relationships with event planners to drive repeat business
Qualification
Required
2+ years of experience in an outbound sales role (event sales experience at a DMC, incentive travel company, corporate catering sales role like Zerocater, etc is a plus)
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
Comfortable managing multiple projects at once in a fast-moving environment
Creative thinker with an eye for marketing and client experience
Passion for events, hospitality, and creating memorable experiences
