They are seeking a Test Technician V to set up and conduct testing of production assemblies, troubleshoot equipment deficiencies, and ensure quality control in accordance with established procedures.

Responsibilities

Sets up test apparatus and conducts tests of production assemblies and units following methods, procedures, standards, and sequences

Performs troubleshooting of sub-assemblies to component level, diagnoses deficiencies in equipment and recommends rework where necessary

Corrects malfunctions by making adjustments or replacing parts or components as directed

Uses hand and small power tools, and various measuring and testing devices in performing job duties

May monitor and verify quality in accordance with statistical process or other control procedures

Will be required to have basic debug skills

Required

High School Diploma and 3 years work experience

Experience with test equipment (signal generators, spectrum analyzers and network analyzers) and skilled in troubleshooting and diagnoses module deficiencies

Ability to follow test specifications, test procedures and verbal instructions in order to perform a variety of routine, standard tests which require reading, interpreting and verifying specifications using simple test stand setups

Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings diagrams, hardware specifications, schematics, or written work instructions

Working knowledge of electronic theory and components

Must be able to lift 20-30lbs
