Responsibilities
Supervise technicians and secretary
Operate forklifts with capacities up to 10,000 lbs
Operate non-cab Category 3 cranes (up to 4,000 lbs. capacity)
Handle and inspect rigging gear to ensure safe lifting operations
Maintain soldering skills and uphold ESD certification requirements
Support target production, launch, and recovery operations
Bid and proposal support if requested
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
The ability to obtain and maintain an active secret clearance is required to be considered for this position
HS Diploma required
Three (3) years of experience in industrial and shop operations
Basic electronics & computer experience
Basic Mechanical ability or experience
Must possess basic computer literacy and data entry skills
Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (to include MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Demonstrated problem-solving skills
Must possess strong time management skills
Must be able to work in a fast-paced, changing, and challenging environment
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
Preferred
Basic electronics theory education or certifications
