Required

Candidates who are in the process of earning a B.S., M.S., or Ph.D. in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, physics, mathematics, computer science, or another engineering discipline will be considered

Selected candidate will be subject to a pre-employment background investigation and must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret level DoD security clearance

Preferred

Experience or exposure in a subset of the following areas is desired:

Power systems concepts: Equipment dynamics, power flow, and energy system modeling

Simulation and analysis tools: Application-specific platforms for modeling and performance evaluation

Emerging technologies: Electric vehicle and renewable energy integration challenges

Research and development: Interest in microgrid design, control systems, and applied energy technologies
