Responsibilities

Acting as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the Closeout Process and delivering training to internal teams
Managing reporting tools (Procore, Power BI) and maintaining project closeout data in Monday.com
Providing administrative support to our VP of Preconstruction Services, including expense reports and travel coordination
Assisting project teams with system navigation and troubleshooting across platforms
Maintaining staffing data in Bridget Bench and supporting resource planning
Drafting and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and improving internal workflows

Required

Acting as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the Closeout Process and delivering training to internal teams

Assisting project teams with system navigation and troubleshooting across platforms

Strong writing and editing skills, especially for SOP development
High level of organization and attention to detail
Collaborative personality with excellent communication skills
Experience with tools such as Procore, Power BI, Monday.com, and PlanGrid
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and document management systems

Preferred

Experience in construction, preconstruction, or operational controls
Familiarity with staffing coordination tools and reporting dashboards
Prior experience supporting executive-level staff
