Customer Success Associate

Responsibilities
Guide new customers through their onboarding and implementation journey
Proactively engage with customers to ensure their success and satisfaction, leveraging new technologies and processes to drive efficiency
Troubleshoot customer issues and coordinate with internal teams for resolution
Use Hubspot to track customer interactions and maintain detailed records
Collaborate with product and design to advocate for customers’ feature requests based on their feedback
Create and maintain customer success resources and documentation
Monitor customer health metrics and identify opportunities for expansion
Qualification
Required
2-4 years of customer-facing experience
Experience with onboarding customers and implementing a product or service
Strong verbal and written communication skills
An entrepreneurial and scrappy mindset: a self-starter able to thrive in ambiguity
A bias towards process and documentation
Preferred
Experience working with small businesses or construction companies
Basic understanding of construction industry workflows
Experience and/or comfort with financial technology (e.g., payments)
Previous startup experience
Experience providing Spanish-language support and training
