Solutions Architect (SME for Pre and Post Sales) - EST or CST Only
HubSync is seeking a technical Solutions Architect / Subject Matter Expert to bridge the gap between customers, the sales team, and product development. This role involves driving successful implementations, ensuring customer success, and informing product strategy based on real-world feedback.

Responsibilities
Partner with sales teams to qualify opportunities and assess technical requirements
Lead technical discovery sessions with prospective customers to understand business needs, existing infrastructure, and integration requirements
Design and present customized solution architectures that demonstrate HubSync's value proposition
Conduct product demonstrations tailored to specific customer use cases
Develop technical proposals, statements of work, and implementation roadmaps
Address technical questions and concerns during the sales cycle
Provide competitive analysis and differentiation strategies
Lead implementation projects from kickoff through go-live, serving as the primary technical point of contact
Develop detailed implementation plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource requirements
Configure and customize HubSync solutions to meet specific customer requirements
Oversee data migration, system integrations, and technical setup
Conduct user training and create customized documentation
Troubleshoot technical issues and coordinate with engineering teams for resolution
Ensure successful adoption and ROI realization
Build strong, trusted relationships with customers as their technical advocate
Conduct regular check-ins to assess system performance and identify optimization opportunities
Identify expansion opportunities and use cases for additional HubSync capabilities
Gather customer feedback on product functionality, usability, and feature requests
Serve as escalation point for complex technical issues
Drive customer retention through proactive engagement and value demonstration
Translate customer requirements and pain points into actionable product feedback
Participate in product roadmap discussions, advocating for customer needs
Contribute to user story development and acceptance criteria definition
Beta test new features and provide implementation feasibility assessments
Document common implementation patterns and best practices
Identify product gaps and enhancement opportunities based on field experience
Collaborate with product team on release planning and feature prioritization
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in solutions architecture, technical consulting, or implementation roles
Strong understanding of enterprise software architecture and integration patterns
Experience with APIs, webhooks, and common integration platforms
Proficiency in data modeling, ETL processes, and database concepts
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
Understanding of security, authentication, and data privacy best practices
Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences
Experience managing multiple implementation projects simultaneously
Strong project management skills with attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to lead workshops and training sessions
Customer-centric mindset with relationship-building capabilities
Understanding of the problem domain HubSync addresses
Experience with CRM, ERP, or similar enterprise systems
Knowledge of relevant industry standards and compliance requirements
Preferred
Technical certifications (AWS, Azure, Salesforce, etc.)
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
Background in software development or engineering
Previous experience at a SaaS company
