Business Development Manager

Responsibilities

Identify, pursue, and qualify new business opportunities with GCs, architects, and designers
Prospect, cold-call, and visit clients regularly to strengthen relationships and uncover work
Represent Surfaces Group at industry events and networking functions
Track potential projects, assist with budgeting, and prepare or present proposals
Secure bid opportunities, negotiate terms, and collaborate with estimating
Follow up on bids to gather feedback and track results
Monitor construction activity through publications and public records
Lead local marketing initiatives to build brand awareness and generate leads
Maintain accurate CRM data and contact tracking
Partner with leadership to set and achieve quarterly sales goals
Provide workload forecasts and pipeline insights to operations

Required
