Responsibilities

Develop and implement data collection protocols to ensure accurate and consistent data gathering across all club locations

Maintain and manage databases, ensuring data integrity and security

Train staff in data collection methods and the use of data management systems

Analyze data to identify trends, measure program outcomes, and assess organizational performance

Prepare detailed reports and presentations for the executive team, board of directors, and other stakeholders

Develop and maintain data warehousing of data pulled from multiple sources to consolidate for reporting purposes

Filter and “clean” data by reviewing reports, printouts and performance indicators in membership data system to locate and identify any data entry issues

Conduct regular audits to verify data accuracy and completeness

Implement quality assurance processes to maintain high standards of data management

Identify and remedy inefficient data processes

Provide leadership to club staff to ensure systems and processes are in place and implemented to maintain integrity

Work with appropriate staff at each individual clubhouse to ensure proper data input and consistency
