Responsibilities
Manage Program Managers and Customer Sales Support to deliver post-sale excellence
Ensure customer retention and wallet share growth through service delivery
Oversee project execution from order entry to completion
Act as a senior escalation point for customer issues
Lead the team to deliver competitive, timely proposals
Ensure compliance with pricing strategy, manage DOA approvals, and track profitability KPIs
Drive the business case, specification, and design of a new CRM and CPQ system; oversee implementation and optimization
Execute pipeline management, account planning, forecasting, and reporting processes
Provide structured customer input to inform product strategy
Qualification
Required
10+ years in sales operations, account management, or program management
5+ years managing multi-functional teams
CRM, CPQ, analytics, KPI tracking, pricing governance, and process optimization
Experience with AI-driven analytics, forecasting, and automation
Strong operational delivery skills aligned to leadership-defined strategies
Ability to maintain and grow customer relationships
Ability to interpret complex data and drive process improvements
Clear and effective communication across technical and non-technical audiences
Bachelor's degree in engineering
Preferred
