Responsibilities

You’ll work directly with clients to understand business requirements and deliver technical solutions

This includes scripting automation in Python, building APIs and backend services in Node.js/Python, and deploying components in containerized environments

You’ll balance engineering-heavy initiatives with prompt/business logic development, helping scale systems that support high-growth production use cases

Required

3–5 years of experience in client-facing development, automating processes, and integrating with APIs

Proficiency with Git/GitHub workflows and software engineering best practices

Familiarity with backend engineering, frontend development, or prompt engineering

Ability to operate independently with minimal oversight, paired with strong problem-solving and client-facing communication skills

Preferred

Experience with microservices, event-driven systems, or cloud environments
