Responsibilities

Design, prototype, and iterate on core gameplay systems (progression, exploration, player abilities, interactions, and feedback loops)

Define and refine mechanics that enhance player immersion, facilitate emotional engagement, and provide meaningful game interactions

Collaborate with engineers, artists, and narrative teams to integrate mechanics seamlessly into story and world design

Participate in playtests, analyze feedback and metrics, and use them to tune and evolve gameplay

Contribute to a collaborative, highly iterative design culture where ideas are tested, challenged, and refined

Craft exciting gameplay experiences that allow players to explore game worlds in novel and meaningful ways
