Responsibilities

Define, implement, and enhance back-end-of-line (BEOL) process flows for III-V semiconductor devices, including interconnects, passivation, and packaging interfaces
Collaborate with front-end integration engineers, process engineers, heterogeneous integration engineers, and reliability engineers to ensure seamless integration and manufacturability
Define material, process, and device performance specifications, supporting semiconductor fab yield targets
Lead corrective action and process improvement teams, define actions, and drive schedules

Required

M.S. or Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, Physics, or equivalent experience
5+ years of proven experience with advanced semiconductor processes
Strong understanding of BEOL materials, plasma processes, and thermal budgets
Specific skills in III-V device physics and processing are highly desirable
Knowledge of high-frequency transistor design and performance (HBT, HEMT) is desired
Experience with statistical process control (SPC) and design of experiments (DOE) is required
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Excellent leadership and communication skills for successful inter and intra-group interactions
Strong accountability, self-initiative, and proactive attitude
Candidates must be local or willing to relocate to Santa Rosa, CA
