Responsibilities
Source and recruit candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and referrals
Screen and interview candidates to assess their qualifications and fit for specific roles
Present qualified candidates to clients and coordinate interviews
Develop and maintain relationships with candidates to ensure a positive experience
Qualification
Required
Proven experience as a direct hire recruiter or similar role
Familiarity with and access to various sourcing techniques and tools (must have own access to sourcing tools)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong time-management and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and remotely
