Responsibilities

Manage the flow of merchandise - making sure products are received, processed, and ready for the sales floor quickly and efficiently

Help maintain the organization and cleanliness of both the stockroom and the store, ensuring everything is in its place and ready for customers

Play a key part in customer interactions - greeting shoppers warmly, resolving issues, and delivering orders curbside with care

Review priorities at the start of each shift, get up to speed on incoming merchandise, and focus on efficiently processing product

Keep the stockroom organized and ensure merchandise is processed quickly and accurately to create a smooth shopping environment

Make sure the stockroom is organized, merchandise is processed and ready for the floor, and all tasks are completed with care and attention to detail

Support one another with honesty, care, and collaboration to better serve customers and communities

Required

Flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends and holidays with regular, dependable attendance and punctuality

This position requires talking, lifting, constant moving, standing, and reaching with arms and hands

Standing for at least two consecutive hours, lifting at least 25lbs., stooping, kneeling, crouching, and climbing ladders, reaching, including above eye level

Requires close vision, color vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment

Frequent use of computers and other technology, necessary to perform job functions, including handheld equipment, cash register and ability to process register transactions
