Start in 2026 SpringColony Brands, Inc. is seeking an HR Employment Specialist Intern to assist in fulfilling temporary hiring goals. The role involves interviewing candidates, processing paperwork, and assisting with various HR tasks to support the Human Resource Manager.

Responsibilities
Performing reference and background checks on applicants as needed
Processing necessary paperwork related to the hiring
Conducting temporary employee surveys
Assisting with updating and entering drug screening information into our computer system
Assisting Human Resource Manager with special projects and tasks as assigned
Qualification
Required
Strong, consistent, and empathetic communicator
Knowledge around the Human Resource function
Working toward a Bachelor's or Associate Degree in Business Administration/Management, Human Resources or related field
Junior or Senior standing, recent graduates may be considered; or a completed Associates Degree in Business
Cumulative GPA of 2.80 or higher
Effective presentation skills
Exceptional organizational skills
The ability to effectively handle difficult situations/ conversations diplomatically
Preferred
Bilingual (English/Spanish) proficiency preferred (bilingual interns are eligible for a $500 bonus at the completion of their internship!)
