Responsibilities
Work on various aspects of water/wastewater/stormwater treatment and conveyance projects
Involvement in planning, process evaluations, detailed design, and construction administration
Conduct site visits, observe construction activities, collect samples, analyze water quality data, evaluate technologies and plant operations, troubleshoot processes, and optimize operations
Conduct condition assessments and overall performance evaluations of water/wastewater/stormwater facilities
Prepare and deliver effective presentations, participate in client meetings, and interact with clients and subcontractors in the field
Work on multiple, unique assignments simultaneously, demonstrating strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Be self-motivated, team-oriented, and flexible, taking on new projects and challenges regularly
Exercise judgment on details of work and in making preliminary selections and adaptations of engineering alternatives
Qualification
Required
Pursuing a degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering or closely related field
Local candidates given preference – relocation assistance not available for this position
