Responsibilities

Sales Forecasting & Tracking: Manage sales forecasts, track performance against targets, and align sales plans with production and supply chain requirements

Sales Process Optimization: Improve sales processes and systems to ensure efficiency and smooth operations

Sales Reporting & Analytics: Build and maintain real-time sales dashboards to track performance and provide actionable insights to leadership and sales teams

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with supply chain, marketing, finance, and customer service teams to support sales plans and resolve operational issues

Sales Incentive Program Management: Oversee sales incentive programs to drive performance and ensure alignment with business goals

Budget Management: Assist in managing the sales budget and track expenses related to sales efforts

Required

Minimum of 7 years of experience in sales operations or a related role, with at least 3 years in a managerial position

Proven experience in sales forecasting, process optimization, and sales analytics

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments

Proficiency in sales operations tools and software

Strong organizational and project management skills

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field

Ability to sit and use the computer for extended periods of time; ability to answer phones and use a variety of office equipment; ability to lift 15 pounds and reach overhead
