Responsibilities

Will economically and efficiently manage projects including billing and accounts receivable responsibilities

Conduct technical review of federal and state income tax returns for individual, fiduciary, partnership, and S corp. clients, along with review of gift tax filings

Develop and maintain strong client relationships

Provide innovative tax planning strategies and compliance expertise to clients

Understand and manage firm risk on tax services performed

Manage, develop, and mentor staff/managers on projects and assess performance through formal periodic reviews and informal feedback

Maintain an active presence in the market to drive growth and attract new clients
