Responsibilities
Support and mentor team members to enhance packing accuracy, efficiency, and overall performance
Prepare and set up packing machines to ensure operations start promptly and run smoothly, minimizing downtime
Ensure all orders are packed correctly and ready to ship by the scheduled ship date
Maintain open and effective communication with the Packing Supervisor, Production Coordinator, and other team leaders
Oversee packing to guarantee all orders are correctly prepared and shipped on schedule
Provide thorough training for new team members to ensure adherence to procedures and quality standards
Review errors, address complaints, and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence
Provide backup support to supervisors when required
Qualification
Required
Demonstrated strong attention to detail and commitment to quality control
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines
Demonstrates reliability, responsibility, and punctuality
Excellent communication skills and a proven ability to collaborate effectively within a team
Minimum of 3-5 years of Packing experience
High school diploma or equivalent
Comfortable communicating in Spanish, Polish, and English (fluency preferred)
Ability to read labels and numbers accurately
Comfortable standing for long periods during work shifts
May be required to have a valid driver's license and meet Vantage Driver Approval requirements
