Responsibilities
Independent inspections of elevators and escalators across designated regions
Develops and manages weekly schedules based on the needs of clients and consultants who will be requesting the inspections
Assist consultants with site inspections for modernization surveys as needed
Provide pictures and survey notes to the PM to review and develop the final report for the client
Qualification
Required
Thorough knowledge of the installation and maintenance of the conveyance equipment and current elevator code
Previous experience in the Elevator industry; QEI/CEI certification is highly preferred
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail
An ability to pay strong attention to thoroughly inspect the equipment
An ability to work on top of high-rise buildings and elevator shafts
Preferred
QEI/CEI certification is highly preferred
