Responsibilities

Serve as a trusted advisor to managers and employees, offering guidance on coaching, career development, and employee relations
Support performance management processes, goal setting, and employee engagement initiatives that align with our values and business strategy
Contribute to workforce planning, succession strategies, and organizational changes that enable growth and agility
Analyze HR metrics to identify trends, improve processes, and support retention and productivity
Help embed a culture of inclusion, accountability, and continuous improvement by supporting change initiatives and leveraging HR Centers of Excellence
Lead HR-related projects and ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies

Required

A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
At least 5 years of HR experience, ideally in HR Generalist or HR Business Partner roles with a focus on employee relations
Experience in fast-paced corporate environments and navigating complex organizational structures
Strong understanding of HR policies, procedures, and employment laws
Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills, with a track record of building effective partnerships and achieving results through others
Proficient in HRIS and HCM systems, including applicant tracking, talent management, and change management
Comfortable managing multiple priorities and handling sensitive, confidential information

Preferred

Professional HR certifications such as SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR
Background in mergers and acquisitions
