Responsibilities

Lead the design and implementation of Salesforce Data Cloud solutions to support complex data integration, unification, and activation use cases

Define the data architecture, ingestion strategies, and governance model aligned to the client’s enterprise data landscape

Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, technical teams, and business users to ensure a seamless flow of data across platforms

Integrate Salesforce Data Cloud with other systems and data sources, ensuring security, scalability, and performance

Provide architectural oversight, documentation, and best-practice guidance throughout the delivery lifecycle

Required

Proven experience architecting Salesforce Data Cloud (formerly CDP) solutions in enterprise environments

Hands-on technical expertise with data ingestion, harmonization, and activation within Salesforce

Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Preferred

Experience with pharma or life sciences clients highly desirable
