Responsibilities

Research, program, plan, design, and administer building projects for clients in a variety of industries (examples include data center, commercial and advanced manufacturing)
Apply knowledge of architectural design, work on zoning, building codes, and building systems and materials
Utilize technical expertise to mentor other professionals including less experienced Architects and Designers
Deliver excellence in all phases of projects, from planning through construction administration and close-out
Maintain firm-wide quality standards while working closely with technical leadership and engineering discipline leads to understand design intent and goals for successful implementation for various building design projects
Travel to project sites in the US

Required

Bachelor in Architecture from an accredited Architectural Program
5 years of professional experience, including strong Revit skills
Professional Architectural License and be able to be licensed in multiple states
Demonstrated program experience in the usage of AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office and Adobe suite
Extensive experience with building codes and other regulations required
Understanding of scopes of work, developing budgets, and reviewing schedules
Ability to work well across multiple teams and lead small architectural teams
Ability to travel to project sites in the US

Preferred

Masters in Architecture
Experience with designing advanced facilities (Data Centers, Life Science or other Industrial Facilities that also include office environments)
Participation in professional organizations
LEED AP credentials
