Responsibilities
Ensure organizational safety expectations are met by all employees
Monitor the financial performance and production of projects
Ensure contractual compliance for current and future projects
Strengthen and maintain long lasting client relationships
Lead, direct, and audit the work of assigned staff; act as a mentor
Facilitate and enforce company policies and procedures
Travel to project sites and meetings up to 25%
Other duties as assigned
Essential functions of the position are to be performed at a Company-designated office or field location
Regular and predictable attendance
Understand and comply with the Company's Code of Business Conduct and Ethics and other industry-specific professional and ethical conduct standards
Qualification
Required
10+ years experience in a leadership role within the Electrical Construction industry
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, related field, or combination of experience and education
Strong commitment to safety and the ability to develop a unified safety culture within the organization
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong computer skills
Strong leadership and team building skills
Preferred
Experience as a Project Manager/Estimator in the Electrical Construction industry
