Digital Product Specialist - Customer Acquisition
Gold's Gym is seeking a data-driven Digital Product Specialist - Customer Acquisition to help grow their customer base through innovative strategies. This role involves defining, developing, and launching new features while collaborating with various teams to ensure high-quality digital solutions that enhance customer acquisition.

Responsibilities
Possess in-depth knowledge of the technology stack needed for funnel optimization
Analyze user behavior, funnel performance, and campaign data to identify opportunities for growth and product improvement
Translate complex technical features or constraints into clear explanations for internal stakeholders
Recommend and own optimizations to landing pages, sign-up flows, product trials, and other acquisition touch-points to improve conversion and reduce friction
Partner with Marketing, Product, and Franchise teams to align strategies, roadmap, metrics, and execution. Regularly update team on product performance including challenges and successes using key performance indicators
Define, monitor and optimize key acquisition/activation KPI’s and report on those. Ensure proper analytics are set up to enable data-driven decisions
Develop and execute A/B tests, user-flow experiments, and other conversion-rate-optimization strategies
Collaborate with website and development team on initiatives
Stay up-to-date on digital acquisition best practices, industry trends, tools, and platforms to help bring innovation to website strategy
Qualification
Required
