Senior Manager, Marketing - Products & Experiences

The Senior Marketing Manager - Products & Experiences will support marketing efforts for various sectors, manage cross-functional deliverables, and ensure timely project execution.

Responsibilities

Support the development and execution of integrated marketing plans for Products & Experiences properties (Digital Media, Live Experiences, and Consumer Products)
Collaborate cross-functionally with departments including Creative, Partnerships, Communications, and Ticketing; as needed, identify and manage external agencies/vendors
Assist in building brand identities, visual assets, and campaign creative in partnership with internal design teams and external resources
Manage day-to-day project timelines, deliverables, and communications across internal stakeholders and external partners
Partner with digital marketing leads across organic social, paid media, email, and web to drive lead generation, audience engagement, and retention
Monitor campaign performance and provide analysis to optimize against brand goals, including awareness, acquisition, and retention
Work with the Data, Analytics & Insights team to evaluate campaign impact, generate audience insights, and conduct competitive/category research to inform strategy
Support budget management by processing invoices, tracking expenses, and contributing to budget planning

Required

5-7 years of marketing experience (sports, entertainment, lifestyle, or consumer brand experience a plus)
Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills; ability to create clear and compelling decks, briefs, and recaps
Proficiency with digital and social media platforms; experience in managing paid campaigns across META and Google a plus
Strong analytical skills; ability to measure and report on campaign performance
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
Team-oriented with strong interpersonal skills; able to build productive relationships across functions and with partners
Creative problem-solver with curiosity and passion for building new brands and consumer experiences
