Responsibilities

Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies for new initiatives
Make trade-off decisions balancing time, quality, and resources to optimize project and program outcomes
Lead the end-to-end implementation of new and existing clinical screening programs and care pathways for at-risk populations
Partner with Business Analysts to define success metrics and measurement frameworks for new programs
Collaborate with Operational Excellence Managers to ensure programs are designed with operational efficiency in mind
Manage program launches across multiple markets, ensuring alignment with Amazon's strategic goals
Collaboratively create and deliver compelling business cases to gain stakeholder buy-in
Partner to establish frameworks to measure new program effectiveness and drive continuous improvement
Navigate complex stakeholder relationships to drive alignment on new initiatives

Required

Bachelor's degree
3+ years of program or project management experience
3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams
Experience in project management including resource planning, managing schedules, reporting project status and prioritizing tasks
Travel up to 25% of the time
Experience leading cross-functional projects in healthcare

Preferred

5+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience
3+ years of driving process improvements experience
Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
PMP certificate
Experience in population health, value-based care, or care management
