Treasury Specialist (DBA)
Hanwha Qcells Georgia is looking for a Treasury Specialist to support their Finance Department. This role focuses on managing cash flow and analyzing financial data to achieve financial stability while minimizing risk, with responsibilities including compliance documentation management for DOE-funded projects.

Responsibilities
Forecast and manage cash flow to meet short-term and long-term financial needs
Develop and implement cash management strategies and policies
Collect and review Certified Payroll Reports (CPRs) and wage documentation from contractors and subcontractors
Upload and maintain data in LCP Tracker; follow up with vendors who have not submitted required information
Communicate with Prevailing Wage Consultants and assist in resolving wage compliance issues
Provide bilingual communication (English/Korean) with vendors and internal departments
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Accounting, or related field preferred
1–3 years of experience in administration, compliance, or finance support
Strong communication, organization, and follow-up skills
Proficiency with Excel and document control tools
Interest in developing a long-term career in Finance or Treasury
Preferred
Previous exposure to Davis-Bacon or DOE projects preferred but not required
Bilingual in English and Korean (preferred)
