Responsibilities

Maintain and update cost accounting records for raw materials, labor, and overhead within Sage 500 ERP
Assist in preparing cost analyses and variance reports for manufacturing operations
Support month-end close and inventory reconciliation activities
Collaborate with production and procurement teams to ensure accurate job costing and cost allocation
Monitor and validate standard costs, ensuring data integrity in Sage 500
Contribute to process improvements and internal controls within cost accounting workflows
Prepare ad hoc cost reports and analyses for management as needed
