Higharc is a VC-backed startup revolutionizing the design and construction of new homes. They are seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to join their Procure product team, responsible for designing and implementing features that streamline material takeoffs from generative building designs.

Responsibilities

Design and implement product features in our stack (React, TypeScript, Next.js, Node.js, PostgreSQL) that make takeoffs fast, clear, and trustworthy
Maintain high code quality with risk-based tests (unit, integration, e2e) and thoughtful code reviews
Own features end-to-end: scoping, design docs, implementation, and deployment; communicating dependencies and risks early

Required

Proven experience shipping and operating customer-facing web apps
Deep expertise in TypeScript/JavaScript and strong proficiency with React, Node.js, REST architecture, and SQL databases
Track record of owning features from concept to deployment, including writing clear design docs and tests
Strength in performance/debugging across client ↔ API ↔ data layers; data-heavy UI experience a plus
Clear, concise communication in remote, cross-functional teams; constructive code reviews
Portfolio/GitHub or equivalent examples that demonstrate your impact
