Responsibilities

Perform routine, preventive, and corrective maintenance on production and facility equipment

Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems

Install and maintain motors, sensors, drives, conveyors, gearboxes, and automated equipment

Use diagnostic tools such as multimeters, PLC interfaces, and motor testers

Follow GMP, HACCP, and other food safety protocols during all maintenance work

Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals

Maintain proper documentation of maintenance activities using CMMS (e.g., UpKeep, SAP, or other platforms)

Assist in equipment upgrades, installations, and continuous improvement projects

Respond to emergency breakdowns promptly and support production needs

Support cross-functional teams in maintaining high standards of equipment reliability and plant performance

Participate in safety meetings, training, and audits
